The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” BugBug.ai makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the absolute accuracy of insect detection or monitoring data. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BugBug.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to crop losses, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
(b) USD $100.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations accrued prior to termination.
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
